We strive for the perfect colour match for each and every one of our painted products with the assistance of our paintwork specialists, Dream Machine, who have been painting our products for over 20 years. However, we do need to make our customers aware of the fact that our long experience in this field has taught us that it is impossible to guarantee a 100% colour match.

All parts are designed to fit the standard bike and are for normal road use only unless otherwise stated in the title and/or the listing itself.

Items listed as 'Unpainted' will have surface imperfections and therefore require preparation and primer prior to being painted. Whilst the majority of our unpainted items are supplied in black some may occasionally be produced in white.

This depends on a couple of factors. Is the item in stock with us and where in the world are you located?

For items in stock with us despatch usually takes place within 2 working days. Delivery within the U.K. takes place up to 5 working days from then. International deliveries will take longer.

For items out of stock at the time of purchase despatch usually takes place 2-4 weeks from the date of the order.

We use a number of major delivery partners including Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS, DPD and Parcel Force. We are unable to confirm before shipping which courier will be used.

Yes however there are terms and conditions to returning items. Please read our refund policy before returning a product to us.

All Pyramid products come with a one year guarantee, subject to correct fitment and normal wear and tear. We will replace defective products within the first 30 days and repair or replace at our discretion after that. This does not affect your statutory rights.
