Delivery
Pyramid aim to deliver, from stock, in 3 to 4 days to UK/Europe and 7-14 days for the USA, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Returns Policy
If you need to return any of our products for any reason please contact us for a returns reference within 7 days of receipt of goods. No goods should be returned to us without a returns reference. Non-defective returns may be subject to a handling charge following inspection. Please note that it is your responsibility for the return postage costs.
Right to Cancel
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provide statutory backing for the good business practices which Pyramid already observe. The regulations allow a consumer to return any products (except custom orders) ordered by mail / phone / fax or internet from Pyramid within
seven working days for a full refund.
Warranty Policy
Pyramid guarantees every product it sells.
If you have a problem we will resolve it. We will replace defective products within the first 30 days and repair or replace at our discretion after then.
The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs.
